The Nunnery Tour, interrupted

Initial plan was for a workout in Thatcher Woods, but the site was locked, so we called an audible and regrouped at the Priory.

Conditions: 28, clear and cold with some frost on the ground

Warmup: Motivators, Daisy Cutters, Imperial Walkers, Coupon pushup variations, Mountain climbers

Workout: Partner races, with a hat tip to @cutter.  P1 carries coupon(s) across soccer field and back while P2 completes exercise reps.  Dropped coupons earn a 2 burpee penalty.

Cot: November is gratitude month, or so I’ve been told by my 8 year old.  We all took turns sharing something we are grateful for: family and community were common themes.  FNG was named Shifter (ask him about paper clips) and announcements were made for the upcoming Rugby Grudge Match and Beer Ruck.  Next week, the Nunnery Tour will be going to Trinity High School Parking lot.  Details to come on slack.  Thanks to all for the flexibility this morning with our change of venues.
