Thang:  3 stations/4 person per station – Coupon Workout

Each person per station performs the listed exercise.  Once complete – each group rotates.  Station 1-2-3.  Once Station 3 completes – Lap around Trinity and return to station 1.  Each group completes each station 3 times.

Station 1:  Man Makers x 10, Overhead Press x 15, Curl x 25

Station 2:  Kettle Bell Swing x 10, Grave Digger Right x 15, Grave Digger Left x 15, Curl x 25

Station 3:  Squat x 10, Lunge Forward x 10, Lunge Return x 10, Curl x 25

If you find yourself waiting for your station to become available perform SSH.  Goal is to keep moving.

COT:  Leadership virtues from my Father.  Dad has and continues to be an inspiration to me @ 80 years of age.  Father of six, sole bread winner of the family, and professional.  Always found time for all six kids, coaching, teaching, helping with school work, being an example each day.  Super busy household…yet he found time to volunteer for the Church every Sunday as the Church’s book keeper.  His one ever present trait:  PATIENCE.

We ought to exercise patience as often as we can.  People this time of year are stressed, holidays, family, external pressures…..take a breath and don’t sweat the small stuff.  Exercise some patience.
