We were just shy of finishing the Dark Webb as time was up on our Beatdown, but it was a strong showing for our first attempt at a Dark Webb!

COT – We all came prepared for a much more wet and muddy morning than we ended up receiving, but the grit was in showing up ready to work. Some words from David Goggins were shared: “You have to build calluses on your brain just like how you build calluses on your hands. Callus you mind through pain and suffering.”  “The more things you can do to get outside of that zone that makes you feel good the stronger your mind is going to get.”

We wished all the men who are taking on the Star Course Ruck well.
