Some people like to commute in their car. Some people choose to walk. Today we chose to take the train after doing some stretches and a mosey around the park. We climbed the steps, paid our admission (10 murkins, 10 squats, 10 burpees), and did some train station circuit work. Goal: See how many times we can climb the steps, pay admission and run back down the ramp. Lost track of how many loops we did, but what I loved: No one quit. You all are beasts! It was also nice to have some new fall scenery for our selfie.
