A strong group of PAX got their legs loose and went home ready for the weekend. @Dos kicked hard on the road back to Wreck. Thankful to @Troll who let me steal the Q. Alliance did the double and “kept me company” on the intervals. Impressive work from the PAX.

11 – first 2 SSHs called in cadence, continued in silence to 11; 5 Burpee penalty for finishing out of sync

THANG 1 – 2 Routes to Taylor Park

1. via Elmwood; 2. via East

THANG 2 – 4 Corners of Taylor

Increasing 4x4s at each corner  ending in 4 – 4x4s. Do 4x4s until six is done.

THANG 3 – The Hard Way Home

Head south on Elmwood. Alternate increasing fast blocks with one recovery block up to 4 fast blocks. Finish together at Wreck Center
