The Fellowship of the Ring – the journey continues. Twelve Pax came out for run club and a chance to ponder Tolkien’s wisdom.

Main Event:
- Run to Longfellow School (about 1 mile)
- Gollum crawl (25 yards, spiderman crawl/tiger crawl)
- Hammer downs (Dwarves) (this is too ridiculous to continue)
- Quote – “All that is gold does not glitter” – don’t just avoid error, but search for truth
- Run to Fox Park (Jackson and OP Ave) (about .7 miles)
- Mountain climbers (Misty Mountains)
- Orc Squats (hillbilly squat walkers)
- Quote – “Faithless is he that says farewell when the road darkens.”
- Run back to AO (about 1 mile)
- Ring of Power – circle up and do core exercises for remaining time (45 seconds on; 10 rest)
- Flutter kicks
