I pulled up to our beloved Nunnery at 5:20 to find 7 deer camped out in the lawn taking in a little munch. I was soon joined by Kerry Wood, a down range pax from F3 St Louis, who came equipped with an energetic attitude and his own extra-heavy coupon. As the others trickled in, he quickly introduced himself and the 11 of us got started.

YHC had laid out cones forming a race track and pit zone. Pax were divided into 2 groups, 1 of five and the other 6, and were instructed to perform 25 reps each (as a team) of 5 BOMBS exercises.

While the team worked, 2 from each team Farm Carried around the track. First team to complete their reps were crowned victorious.
We all took a final Farmer Carrie lap around the track and then the winners received their prize; a 5 verse serenade of Old McDonald by the loosing team while we all alternated performing dead lifts and curls.

Once we arrived back at base, we dropped our coupons and had a fellowship run around the block.
