Weather:  We need this heat and humidity.

Warmarama:  Abe Vigoda, Daisy Cutters, and old man stretches.  Could have done those all day.

The Thang 1:  Modified 1776.  3 HIMs showed up today to team up on a 1776 in 30 minutes.  We ran to the school.  Got through all the exercises and then finished with a few burpees.

The Thang 2:  Modified mosie and jog back to the Krib.  At the end, did a few rounds of gratitude.

COT:  In 1776, an empire was being disrupted.  In light of recent events, we need to do our own disrupting.  Before you can disrupt, you need to know where you are going and there’s a good exercise to do that.  Take 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes.  1/3 of that time think of what you are most grateful, start inward then move outward into the world.  Next 1/3, think of where you want to be in 5, 10, 20, 30 years.  Last 1/3, finish with repeating a mantra such as I’m getting better every day in every way.  Make it personal, make it powerful.  repeat it until time is up.  This exercise is great while walking by yourself.

The COMBINE part 2.  We focused our discussion on the Disruption article from the Q Source.  The HIMs shared areas where they are disrupting and areas that they need to focus on.  It was an excellent and at times very personal conversation.

Gents, if you are thinking about doing the COMBINE, it is on fire right now.  30 minutes of high intensity workout followed by 30 minutes of deep discussions with High Impact Men.  It’s time to make a difference in the world.  It’s time to be focused and it’s time to disrupt the world to make it a better place.  Let’s get after it.
