40 seconds of each followed by 40 seconds of rest after each, repeat each set twice.
standard push-up then standard pull-up
set 2 diamond push up and pull ups
set 3 wide push ups and narrow grip pull up
set 4 staggered hand push up and staggered hand pull up, switch other hand second time through.
Set 5 decline push ups and dealers choice of pull up.
finished with v ups, hip rock n raise, standing elbow twists.
