WhattaMorning! 26 hearty souls, including the F3 BOD, joined in the Zoo Crew fun.
Great to host Slaughter, Dark Helmet & crew.
We took a couple of victory laps, did Motivators from 9, stretched a bit and then moseyed to the bridge. There we did the San Antonio Shuffle(2 step lunge, burpee with a plank jack) across the bridge. We then did our patented tunnel wall sit routine. We moved to the hoops court for progressive BMAPMs.(5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 A Hammers, 20 Plank Jacks, 25 Makhtar Ndiaye’s…running a lap each time before adding the next exercise). We moved to the beach for suicides, and ran back to the AO for close-out A Hanmers. Planks and Smurf Jacks were mixed in on our way back.
26 is a Zoo Crew record. A few local names – OG, Nickel, Horseshoe, etc – weren’t avail to select in Slack. We’ll clean this up. All in all, a legendary morning.
