CoT – The Mission of F3 is to plant, grow, and serve mens workouts to reinvigorate male leadership in the community. From humble beginnings of a few pax, we’ve lived that mission day in and day out over the last three years. We’re now a thriving community of 60+ men who regularly push each other to get stronger. The principles of F3 are: Free; Open to all men; Workouts held outside rain or shine, Peer -led in rotating fashion; and Each workout ends with CoT. Over the last three years, we’ve upheld those principles through all types of weather. And we’ve all gotten stronger for it. But ultimately, F3 is more than a workout. And while the workout is often the first thing that pulls us all in, it’s the fellowship and faith that helps us grow grow stronger. Gathering week after week, putting in the work together, relationships are forged, we share struggles, support one another, and benefit from male camaraderie. This in turn strengthens us physically and mentally so that we can be better men for our families and communities. Closing out with gratitude to the HIM who started it all Kodak, and the exceptional leader Bronco who carries on the torch. Also super grateful for weasel shaker Alliance, F2 Rossy, and F3 FVI, as well as all the site Q’s. There’s ample opportunity to help out with leadership as we grow and cycle in fresh perspectives. If you have any interest, don’t hesitate to reach out to any of the leaders. Cutter out.
