COT – we talked about our WHYs and how it affects our daily routines. Our inner circles frankly don’t care about how many merkins we can do, they don’t care about how many burpees we can finish in 10 min and they definitely don’t care about how fast we can run. What they do care about is are we present, are we loving & kind fathers/brothers/husbands/partners/sons, do we do the things we say we are going to do. Are we patient & empathetic. We are all of these things because of F3 and the fellowship of this group. We get to be present men because of the work we do in the gloom. Show up early, put in the work and we get to better men the rest of the day. That’s our WHY.
