The BackBlast:
We did the 1776 Patriot Challenge – in unison with Evanston and LaGrange. An impressive effort by this group of 8 PAX! We partnered to take on the 1776 challenge. The partner push helped all PAX do more than a solo effort. Thanks to @Meatloaf who dug in and pushed me all through it. Some groups completed the challenge and began the repeato! Dunkin coffee and Munkins were consumed before we left for the rest of the day.

COT:
It is a tough time to figure out how to be a patriot, but we all must figure it out. I am making sure my discontent with our political environment does not turn into apathy. I got out and voted in the primary.
My message was about leadership. That is what it is about at F3. We are working to invigorate our leadership. One definition of leadership is taking responsibility for the outcome. I shared that I often seek approval or reassurance when I am a leader before making moves or decisions. And yes it is good to lead with others involved – but sometimes I have to challenge myself not to focus on approval and go for what is needed in the situation.
