A brisk 26 degree morning brought 10 PAX together for a very heavily recycled exercise from a few months ago.

The Main Event:
Mosey to the playground to explain the exercises at that station, then mosey on to the Tennis Courts
– 20 merkins, 20 squats
– Bear Crawl Short Ways (north/south)
– burpee broad jump going West, run/jog going east.
– 20 merkins, 20 squats
Run to playground
– 20 box jumps or step ups
– 20 dips
– 20 Big bois
-20 incline merkins
Repeat circuits Tennis Court -> Playground
I didn’t even finish my second playground set before I had to call time. I think a few might have finished their whole second set.
CoT: I am guilty of often overthinking and trying to recreate the wheel. Working on that including allowing myself to borrow from examples of past exercises I’ve enjoyed and found difficult with thanks to those who already put in the good work like Alliance did with his Tennis Courts and Playgrounds exercise back in October. Wish I hadn’t even tried some minor modifications because man those burpee broad jumps are still really terrible. Need to work on it more at work so I’m not needlessly wasting time trying to be too original or creative and rather just get it done.
Most PAX were able to hang around for 15 minutes to share some coffee.
