3rd Block (Jackson) – A stops and does 20 reps, B & C continue, once A finishes reps continues to get B and completes reps with A.
3rd Block (Adams) – B stops and does 40 reps, C continues; B continues with A to get C
4th Block (Madison) C stops and does 60 reps. A & B arrive and complete reps with C. Share the reps
Return to start point (Harrison). 3 Rounds. Change A, B, and C to rotate the work. Meet back at Eagles Landing.

COT: An appreciation for the team today and everyday. The workout was intended to keep team together so the work was shared and no one left on a (very cold) island. The Fellowship keeps me coming back so thanks to the 11 that came out in some frigid temps to run around south Oak Park!
