5 for 5+ at run club. Everyone was way braver than YHC rocking their shorts and t’s. Still cold to this old guy.
Changed up the routine a bit and ran a little partner work with rabbits and tortoises. Worked out well and will be bringing this one back. Everyone put in the hard work early.
Appreciative of this group of men, everyday with them is a blessing for me. Makes me faster. Makes me stronger. More importantly makes me a better HIM. Keeps me accelerating in life.
