12/13/2021: Nine PAX showed up for a brisk 37 degree morning.
WARMER: fellowship jog around the field, overhead claps, seal claps, LEDs, mountain climbers, old man stretches, and some high knees & butt kickers
Mosey up to Taylor Park one mile north.
THE THANG: split into teams of 2 (one of 3) and dropped some BOMBS. The 1st PAX bangs our reps while the 2nd PAX scoops the loop.

50 – squats
Lined up at the top of the east hill. Team jog to the bottom and dropped 5 miniBOMBS.
Headed back to the top of the hill. Tossed in WORDS here facing the sunrise: I encouraged everyone to embrace what we have and reflect on our good fortune. For some, the holidays are a challenging time. Please do your part and give back in any way possible.
We then headed back to Wreck Center with a nice 1 mile jog.
