We did something amazing. Yoga Island was unoccupied by the usual yoga people so we took over. The workout included music that eventually led to a dance circle. Dos got it started, but he was not the only one to bust a move. I will admit I made the play list with Dos in mind. Here’s what happened:

COT: I shared more about my dad. He faced some significant health challenges starting in his early 40s. But no complaining from him. I miss him often and I am glad for the lessons and memories.
