Quick disclaimer and then we started to catch up to Fogger, who was doing Merkins when the other HIMs arrived.  So we dropped and gave HIM ten, did some stretching OYO and were off into the brisk morning air.  We ventured across fields to a play ground for a round of 10 pull ups and 10 Peter Parkers followed by Captain Thors until the Q couldn’t do no more.  We then continued on our way until Fogger asked about exercises, so we carried the baby over our head from street to alley on Jackson and rested from alley street form the curve to madison.  Finally we reached the zenith of our workout on the river forest triangle, we did some 3 sets of 10 supermans, before returns to the AO for a round of alphabet.
