In honor of Walter Payton we did 726 reps for the 726 rushing yards over 16000…will continue the Sweetness challenge by completing 16000 reps throughout the next year. We’re just getting started. The reps for this 30 minute beat down are below. Where it bold we did so over a 10 yard space back and forth. We stayed together throughout.
