Bear Drags (20) to Murder Bunnies (10) to Rifle Carry to Farmer Carry Right/Left hand to Ruck.
You will work independently through the rounds at your own pace..
Starting point (Coupon Cove): Alternating with Man Makers every ODD round (RD’s 1,3,5,etc) and bicep curls every EVEN round (RD’s 2,4,6,etc). The amount of reps will be the same number as round you are currently on.
After completing the coupon exercise (leave coupon), you run to Coupon Cabana and complete Superman’s. Number of round = Number of reps. This will be a timed challenge.
Pre-challenge prediction: Silently predict the number of rounds you will individually complete before the challenge begins. Looking for that personal number to be the goal number of completed rounds for each PAX.

Running distance was a little too long. Next time I want to cut that distance in half and have a goal of PAX getting closer to the 20 round rep range.
I asked everyone to come up with a personal goal for this challenge. Some probably overestimated themselves. Many underestimated. You learn more from failure than you could ever learn from success. I challenge everyone to push those goalposts out a little bit farther with all your big and small goals in life. Don’t let fear of failure hinder you.
