Sundays are run days.   Always easy fellowship pace and always coffee & biscuits post run.  Our last run with our guy Escobar before he goes under the knife.   Thoughts and prayers for HIM and his family as they navigate this difficult moment.  We know he’s got this and will be back out with us as soon as he’s on the mend.
