Sundays are run days. Ran with a non F3 buddy from town out to the lake & back. Push pace for me, light day for him. He’s a former collegiate X-country runner so easy easy day for this guy. Always good to get out of my comfort zone and push on a Sunday.
Made sure to carry the message of F3 to him without preaching to him. It’s a fine line to EH successfully without coming across like a bible thumper. For me, I extol the benefits of F3 in my life and talk about what it means for me. If it sounds good to you, then you’ll come and check it out and experience the power of fellowship. Always when the man is ready, never know when someone is ready for it in their life.
The good thing about our group is that we’re always there and our arms are always open for that next guy. You never know when he might need the power of the group.
