3 for 6+.  Easy Sunday stroll with two of my favorites.   No offense to the other AOs and workouts, but this is tops of the table for me and the fellowship.   I’ve said it before and I’ll say it till I’m blue in the face to the new guys.  F3 is by far more than a workout.

We sometimes listen, we sometimes talk, we sometimes fart too much and need to run in the back, sometimes one of us is hurting physically or emotionally.   Point is, we’re there for each other regardless of circumstance.   Regardless of what the man to your left or the man to your right needs, we have his back.  We pick up the six.  We watch our six.  We leave no man behind, we leave no man where we found him.

Because fellowship matters.
