Kicked off Sunday with crew from The Commodore.   We welcomed Isaac, the newest FNG to Evanston.   Tradition on the naming of the new guy has been changed a bit at the AO near the lake.  We ask that the FNG return for another workout before being named.  We’ve heard other AOs do this and like the idea.   It’s an incentive to return.  Here’s hoping our guy makes a return.

6 of us put in almost 6 miles with some speed work mixed in.  If you wanna get faster, run with faster men.   Thankful for the push from these men.   They make me faster, and in life.
