Brisk one today. 4 for 7 miles, 1 for 3 miles and 2 ruckers for 3 miles. One more for coffeeteria and then a solo run. 2 left before we could snap the photo so we took artistic liberties, we’ll leave it up to you to figure out who it might be.

We remembered our buddy Steve Ross aka Goodall who would’ve celebrated a birthday Friday. I asked the group, and ask the greater group as a whole, to remember the Ross family this week.

As men, we sometimes don’t know how to ask for help. We don’t know how to reach out. We think we can do it on our own. We can’t. We shouldn’t. And we don’t have to with this group.

Check in with someone this week that you haven’t connected with in a while. Whether it’s a friend, relative or F3 brother near or far. That simple act goes a long way in helping someone feel connected, feel like someone is out there thinking about them, feeling loved.
