17= Space Needle
22= St. Louis Arch
34= Eiffel Tower
38= Empire State Building
43= Willis Tower
1,185= Mt. Everest
Running up stairs and down the Hill (or back down the stairs.)You can attempt 5 flights at a time then you must complete a Barrie Loop. First Option: Run across the field to North end of Field. Complete the same number of Merkins as flights completed on Hill and rinse/repeat. Second option: run to playground and complete Big Bois, Tricep Dips, Merkins (reps = number of flights completed).
All PAX completed right around 34 flights (Eiffel Tower).
Listen to your body. Don’t push through pain. Take the appropriate time needed off to recover and get back to fitness goals in shorter time frame. I’ve been frustrated lately with nagging foot injury. I regret not taking this advice from quite a few OP PAX.
