SideStraddleHops, slow marking, runs around the AO, bear crawls, pullups, marking in the playpen with the rings, box jumps, more running,  hollow body, mountain climbers, side planks, elevators, sprints and finish w SideStraddleHops.

COT: there is ALWAYS a solution.   It may look different than expected but it is there for us all to find. And it is often found with the assistance of others.
