Routine : 10 burpees then keep adding on all previous … 10..20 shoulder taps , 30 LBC , 40, dips, 50 flutter, 60, Mountain climbers, 70 squats and last one80 windshield wipers . End we finished with 80 burpees and lot lot more and remembering @RG3
Was nice to get some one on one with my man Cyclone, always nice to have a good chat with a brother. Great to bounce thoughts and more.
As the weekend went through just thoughts of people of Ukraine , and all they are going through. Hope and pray it all comes to an end very very soon .
