THE THANG: MiniBOMBS at Monkey Island
Mosey to Monkey Island .6miles
We kept the group together, banging out 5 rounds of miniBOMBS (10 burpees, 10 overhead claps, 10 merkins, 10 bigboys, 10 squats). At the end of each BOMBS, hold a plank til all PAX finish. Then fellowship jog around the island. Laps 3, 4, & 5 included 10 monkey-humpers.
Finished with 5 miniBOMBS followed by WORDS at Monkey Island:
