The Thang: 5 Burpees, Run then repeat plus added each round 10 merkins, 15 LBCs, 20 dips, 25 squats, 30 hammers, 35 step ups and 40 pull ups. 8 rounds total
Ended with Roxanne by the Police (When you hear Roxanne you do a merkin, when you here put on the red light you do a halp burpee).
