A nice run through the unplowed streets of Oak Park and making our mark in the parks before the kids wake up.
Started with warm-ups (Motivators on the 5, Daisy cutters, Abe Vegotas, Rossy, Quad, old man stretch)
Run from Wreck Center to Longfellow Park where we did 10 BOMBS and then run to Stevenson Park where we did snow angels, 15 count squats, 10 squat jumps and power Mary pack (25 big boys, 25 little boy crunches, 25 freddie mercuries) finishing with goofballs. Finished by running back to the Wreck Center. About 2.85 miles of running in total
