Warm-o-rama: Motivators from 8, Hula Hoops (Hip swivels in a circle), mountain man poopers, Ball & Chain (Seal walk with feet thru ruck sack straps, dragging the ruck sack for a distance)
Thang 1: 2-Mile ruck stopping to do the following exercises:
At a Street Corner – 10 AMEN’s: Apollo Oh Nos, Merkins, Elf on a Shelf, Nolan Ryans (w/packs)
At Randolf Park – Circuit training w/ packs, set of 10: Declined pull ups, Merkins, Plank, Flutter Kicks, Step Ups, Dips, Pull Ups
At Brooks Turf Field – Bear Crawl, Rifle Carry, Lunge Walk
At Scoville Park -Rifle Carry, 10 Blockies / Head back to AO
Mary – Captain Floor, Box Cutters, Chris Christies
