The Commodore. Fun one today, my guy @Crimson dragged me around Botanical Gardens for an almost 8-miler. Look who looks fresh as a daisy and then who doesn’t! Biscuits tasted pretty good today and always grateful for the push from a faster PAX.

Especially grateful for the opportunity for some one on one time, getting to know another like-minded man. Do yourself a favor, spend some time getting to know the other men of this group. They’ll push you to be a better version of yourself. Fitness is the magnet, fellowship is the glue.  Think I’ve heard that somewhere,,,
