Schvitzy morning run was planned at The Grind.  YHC planned on running to the old stomping grounds at Mt Trashmore.  Hit one pain station on Ridge Ave to show off the new suns-out-guns-out t-shirt purchase from 8-Track.  Unbeknownst, he posed instead to show off the glutes to a resident male Uber driver.  Hilarity ensured.

On to the tennis courts for some old man sprint drills, no hammies were strained.  More importantly, no groins were strained either.  We save that for the weekend.  (insert RG3 comment here,,,)

Mosey to Mt Trashmore for a few hill runs, PAX looked good.  No audible moaning when “one more climb” was announced.

Mosey back along Ridge Ave for more free butt/shirt advertising & coffeeteria at our fave local shop.

COT – prayer request for my cousin’s family as they mourn the loss of their 5 yr old who passed away tragically last Friday.  I reminded myself and the group that this is why I love F3.  We have the instant support from the guy to your left and the guy to your right, it’s one hell of a emotional foundation to have and I’m thankful for the change to be a part of this nation-wide group of HIMs.
