Warm up: Motivators, Mountain Climbers, Merkins, Failure to launch
Main event: Pax paired up to do 50 big bois, 100 Burpees, 150 Merkins, 200 Squats. One pax worked on the count while the other bear crawled out to the 20 yard line and lunged back.
Second event: Pax did merkins and the 1 yard line and the 50 yard line, starting from 10 merkins and the 1 yard line and 1 at the 50, adding 1 merkin to the 50 yard line and taking one away from the 1 yard line until 10 merkins at the 50 yard line.
