THANG 1 – Walk Like…Charlie’s Angels
2 Groups; Pax line up, single-file about an arm-length apart. In unison, entire Pax lunge forward with their right leg and hold the lunge, while the last Pax jailbreaks to the front of the line. The entire Pax twist left and right. Then entire Pax lunge forward with their left leg and twist left and right, while the last Pax jailbreaks to the front. Finish to the 50 with Flying Nuns,

THANG 2 – Drop and Give Me…

Line up at 50. All Pax run 10 steps and pancake drop. Then exercise follows: Merkins, run BBSUs, run Flutter Kicks,, run Diamond Merkins, run, Freddie Mercuries, run, Prayer Squats

THANG 3 – Bearpees
Line up. OYO 1 Burpee followed up by 4 count bearcrawl forward.

THANG 4 – 40 minutes of Hell (We did in in about 35!)
Line up. PAX 1 exercises as PAX 2 backpedals 50 yards, does a “Bobby Hurley” & jogs back to line
