YHC had the Q this morning at The Crown for another installment of Saturday Morning Cartoons. Three hearty PAX got after a solid one in some pretty chilly weather. Since I knew it would be a small group and we wanted to do a buddy workout, I brought my own “buddies” for the group (even tho a no-coupon workout was promised).
Warmups – Vigodas, Seal claps, overhead claps. 9-count Motivatora. Mtn climbers. 5-count WMDs
Mosey w coupons to west side of Robert Crown for Evolution #1.
Evolution #1 – “Buddy” carries length of field w coupon. North end of run, 30 flutter kicks & 30 merkins. “Buddy” carry w coupon back the length of length of the field. 30 LBCs & 30 squats. Rinse & repeat 5x
High knee mosey to Wall for Evolution #2.
Evolution #2 – 100 step-ups. 50 dips. 50 derkins.
Mosey w coupon to east side of Robert Crown. Say goodbye to “buddy” for Evolution #3.
Evolution #3 – Jack Webbs to 7/28 count. Mosey to other side of field. Lt Dan Taylors to 7/28 count. Mosey back to start for Endex.
