Thang 1: Ruck 6 blocks to the Fenwick parking garage, stopping to do Bolt 45s at the mid point. Climb 6 flights of stairs at the end.
Thang 2: Exercises to spell Soccer (in honor of the world cup and in hopes for our US Team). Exercises were as follows:
25 Squats then suitcase carry down the parking garage ramp 5 flights
25 Overhead claps then baby carry down the parking garage ramp 4 flights
25 Curls then rifle carry down the parking garage ramp 3 flights
25 Crunches then suitcase carry down the parking garage 2 flights
25 Elf on a shelf then baby carry down the parking garage 2 flights
25 Release merkins (hand release merkins) then rifle carry down the parking garage 2 flights.

CoT: Inspire with a Purpose. Leaders inspire others to follow their purpose. The USWNT inspired a neighborhood kid who I new went to a game 4-5 years ago). I still see that kid walking around with a soccer ball always trying to become better. That kid was inspired. Find out your purpose, write it down, and then work to inspire others to join you in that pursuit.
