Warmup:

• Side Straddle Hop
• Imperial Walkers
• Daisy Pickers
• Butt Kickers
• High Knees

Thang:

Set a course of 3 loops of just over 2 miles, just over 1 mile and just over 1/2 mile. Pax were instructed to run fast and complete as much mileage as they could before returning AO by 6:15. All of us completed 1 lap of each loop except Alliance who doubled up on the last loop. Of course this was just an appetizer before Alliance’s 2nd doink at the Wreck Center. 4.29 miles for us not doing extra credit.
