Plank Row w/Band
Lat Squat Cross Row w/Band
Attempt Brisk Mile Run (Ridgeland to Maple Ave). If you get to Maple Park early, slow jog back to pick up the six.
Start under the Gazebo and Partner up. Partner One Completes loop around field (middle running circle). Partner two completes cumulative reps of four resistance band exercises..
- 100 Shoulder Press
- 100 Lateral Raises
- 100 Tricep Extensions
- 100 Deadlift
Take Harvard Ave back to The Eagles Landing and complete a Partner running circuit of the following..
1stblk-Red/Green Light w/ 2 Merkin
2ndblk- Recover jog
4thblk- Recover jog
*Rinse and Repeat*
*Red/Green light Merkin Run —>P1 does 2 Merkins while P2 runs. When you complete the Merkins yell partner names and start running.. P2 stops and completes 2 Merkins. rinse/repeat to end block

I don’t want to get ahead of myself.. But we are starting to exit that cold weather tunnel. I hope everyone is able to recognize what an accomplishment it is to stick with a workout schedule in the most grueling time of year. Nobody likes to struggle.. but you gotta admit it makes the completing the goal so much more satisfying.
