Beautiful morning for the Weekly Grind.
Light stretching to start, then jog to station 1. Did 10 burpees, then 10m bear crawl and 10m crawl bear, then 20m sprint out and back.
Back to a jog to station 2. 10 decline merkins, 150m loop, 20 flat merkins, same loop, then 30 incline merkins, loop.
Back to jog thru campus and to the start for a total of 5.7mi.
Countorama and name o Rama. COT.
Coffeeteria afterwards. Great start to any Tuesday.
