Warm Up: Motivators, Willie Mays Hayes, Daisy Pickers, jog 1/4 mile to workout site

At the site, PAX partner up and rotate between hill runs and core work:

  1. Sprint up the hill and recovery jog down (x2)
  2. 50 flutter kicks, 25 merkins, 25 big boys, 25 second planks (repeat until partner returns from runs)
  3. Repeat this process

Jog back to the start point and finish one final set of flutters, merkins, big boys, and plank in cadence.
