Warm Up: Motivators, Willie Mays Hayes, Daisy Pickers, jog 1/4 mile to workout site
At the site, PAX partner up and rotate between hill runs and core work:
- Sprint up the hill and recovery jog down (x2)
- 50 flutter kicks, 25 merkins, 25 big boys, 25 second planks (repeat until partner returns from runs)
- Repeat this process
Jog back to the start point and finish one final set of flutters, merkins, big boys, and plank in cadence.
