  1. Motivators from 5
  2. Warm up jog to nearby school
  3. The Thang – Pax workout next to a baseball diamond.  During each round, all pax complete same exercise as they take turns doing a ladder around the bases (home to first and back, home to second and back, home to third and back, all the way around the bases).  Once all pax complete a ladder for that round, repeat with a new exercise.  Rounds are below:
    1. Burpees
    2. Bobby Hurleys
    3. Big boys
    4. Merkins sets (10 merkins, 5 second rest, repeat)
  4. Jog back to starting point
