Interval training at the Grind this morning. 4 PAX for 5+ miles. YHC was doing his best to keep up w Mr Long Legs (aka Combine) as he ate his Wheaties this morning. Hit a few pain stations along the way.
Toured the lake path and gave thx for some great sunrise views out on the water. Headed back for some much deserved coffee & coffeeteria.
Prayed for our brother Cyclone and his family as we learned his wife’s younger brother passed away unexpectedly. We’re on the ready to provide support to Patrick and his family. Keep the Rams family in all of our prayers.
