Hearty crew went for 6+ alfor Sunday run day at The Commodore.   Strong fellowship in this small group.   When you run with a smaller group like this, you learn stuff about the other man that you may have missed at the larger events.   That’s why I love these smaller runs.  Don’t get me wrong, big numbers are fun to see but the intimacy of a small run group is powerful.

And we earned the adored biscuits from North Shore’s best coffee shop.
