The Thang
We switched it up and stayed on the field the whole time, splitting into groups of 3-4. I had a list of about 15 exercises for each group (merkins, heel flicks, burpees, monkey humpers, etc.). One PAX from the group ran across the field while those remaining did the first exercise on the list; on the way back, the runner had to do something other than “normal” running (e.g., skips, butt kickers, etc.). Once he got back, the next PAX in the group started running and the second exercise on the list was up next. Continued through the list until time.
COT
Similar to what I said at the Tundra earlier in the week, encouraged everyone to appreciate each season, whether that’s defined by life, weather, etc. Each season brings something new, and while other things may change, it’s good to embrace where you’re at and avoid “wishing you life away”.
