2/4/2022: Brisk morning, maybe 20 degrees at best. Solid day for a RunClub.
WARMER: Motivators from 5, Imperial Walkers, Old Man Stretch. Rinse repeat these 3 three times.
THE THANG: Split into teams of 2. One Turtle, One Hare. Hares jog up Elmwood and Turtles up Scoville. Meet in the cul de sac at North Ave. Each PAX banged out 20 BOMBS before boomeranging back the way they came.
No man left behind. We all finished together.
