Wreck center, 73F at 6:30am CDT, cloudy and moderate humidity.
Run from Wreck center to Barrie park (~1.5m one way). Those that made it to the park first, turned around and as they meet those still headed to the park; those still headed to the park turned around to head back to wreck center. As runners arrived at the wreck center, they ran back to meet those still on their way back to the wreck center, to help jog them in.
Then 2 yoga sun-salutes to stretch and strengthen, with a warrior-one move in the middle. Then for last 3 min, every one laid on their backs legs up; and in turn, each person in turn ran around pushing those raised legs… and that brought use to time.
