Goal: Out run the cold. We ran 1 mile north on Elmwood to Taylor Park. In recognition of Hojoh’s frequent Friday Q’s, paused for 20 bombs. One lap around Taylor park at everyone’s own pace, running first and second legs, sprinting third, and running fourth. 10 more bombs. Then repeated the lap. An FNG joined just in time for 15 monkey humpers before the 1 mile run back to Wreck Center. Just over 3 miles total.
We all learned about Meatloaf passing away this AM. Not my favorite musician, but I respect him because he was unafraid to be himself, to play the music he wanted to play, and to give the finger to everyone who threw shade on his appearance and style. Be like Meatloaf. We named our FNG in his honor.
